Custom Orders/Commissioned Art Pieces:

Can't quite find what you're looking for? No problem! Just e-mail me and we can work on a commission art piece specifically for you

Payment Options:

Payments for purchases and shipment are accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, after choosing PayPal as your payment option and clicking "Paynow," scroll down and you will see the option to pay via your creditcard or debitcard.

Special invoices can be processed, if payment needs to be made by certified checks or money orders. Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared and an e-mail will be sent to let you know that your order has been shipped.

Sales Tax:

For customers living in DC: there will be a 5.75% sales tax added to your order.

Returns/Exchanges:

All art pieces are custom one of a kind, therefore they are not returnable/refundable.

PLEASE NOTE : For fused glass pieces: we are not responsible for damage to the glass pieces once you receive them.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping Information

International: For speed and the security of the art pieces being shipped, each international order shipping is customized to the country requirements, international rates duties/customs, and needs of the customer. Handling is set at $15 with $4 per item in the order, for orders of multiple items. International Flat Rate Priority Mail is also available. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Domestic (U.S.): For speed and security most Fused Glass pieces are shipped via Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes. Every item(s) purchased are shipped with care and loads of gratitude. Please email with additional request as needed. Items shipped include:

Tracking, confirmation, Includes up to $50 of insurance, Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.

*Additional Coverage Insurance and Special Handling (Fragile) is recommended and can be added as additional costs paid by the customer. All shipping arrangements can be processed at checkout through PayPal.

Shipping Rates - Domestic shipping prices for Flat Rate Priority Mail are set via US Postal Service as follows:

Fused Glass Purchases - USPS Flat Rates - 2015

Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box $5.25 (8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8")

Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box $11.30 (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" or 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8")

Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box $15.80 (12" x 12" x 5-1/2" or 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3")

All over-sized paintings, shipping rates will be charged based on USPS custom rates

*Handling is set at $3, with $2 per item for orders of multiple items.
